More about me:
I believe that the journey to self-discovery and self-love is one of great importance. Together, we will explore many ways to better oneself. My goal is to meet you where you are at and help you achieve the goals you wish to achieve. As a team, we will build on your strengths to sustain relational skills, and reinstate your purpose. My counseling style is meant to encourage a welcoming and non-judgmental environment for personal growth and well-being. We will collaborate to develop skills to reduce negative emotions and replace them with healthier coping mechanisms. I am honored to be a part of this self-discovery process with you.
