Dylan works with adolescents and adults aged 16 and above is available Monday through Friday both telehealth or in-person. Telehealth appointments are preferred.

More about me:

I believe that the gap between peace and suffering is entirely created by a lack of awareness of oneself. Through therapy I work with clients to discover that your brain is never working against you, it’s always working for you, but sometimes in ways that don’t align with the direction we want our lives to go. My goal is to help clients gain control over the activity of their mind by bridging their gap in their understanding, and giving them insight into why their thoughts, emotions and behaviors have evolved in the way that creates their current experience of life.

 

I work with clients of any age, focusing on a wide variety of disorders and personal issues. I like to take a holistic approach to counseling, treating the individual as opposed to the isolated disorder. I’m excited to start your mental health journey with you!
