Do I need a referral from my primary care doctor?

Most insurance plans allow for psychiatric scheduling without a doctor referral, but our front office staff can help with any insurance-related questions you may have.

Cass accepts most health insurance plans and is also accepting self-pay clients of all ages both in-person and virtually.

Do I need to change my counselor?

No! Grey Street Counseling has providers available to see you in a therapeutic capacity, but this is not required to schedule with Cass. If you already have a therapeutic relationship with a counselor at GSC, your appointments with Cass will be separate from your appointments with your therapist.

I've struggled with medications before, how do I find the right one?
