More about me:

I bring a calm, curious, and compassionate presence to therapy, grounded in both rigorous clinical training and lived experience. My path to counseling was shaped by personal encounters with struggle and growth; those experiences deepen my commitment to providing care that is respectful, validating, and genuinely useful. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore painful memories, overwhelming emotions, and difficult life decisions without feeling rushed or fixed.

I believe therapy is a collaborative partnership: I listen closely, reflect what I hear, and work alongside you to clarify values, identify patterns, and build practical skills that support day‑to‑day functioning. My approach balances exploration of meaning and identity with concrete tools for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. I prioritize building a strong therapeutic alliance because trust and safety are the foundation for meaningful change.

Outside of clinical work, I find grounding in music, time outdoors, and time with my family and pets. Those sources of connection remind me that healing often begins with curiosity, small steps, and the steady practice of self‑compassion. If you’re seeking a thoughtful, steady, and attuned clinician to walk with you through change, I’d be honored to support your journey.
