More about me:
I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to begin understanding your own story. Together, we will explore acceptance and accelerate growth to become your ideal self. My goal is to empower you to be your most centered and aware self to conquer your challenges and achieve your goals. As a team, we will build on your strengths to enhance your self-regard, sustain relational skills, and reinstate your purpose. Through cognitive behavioral and mindfulness practices, you will be empowered to regain control of your life and break through your barriers.
My treatment approach considers the biopsychosocial model and incorporates holistic methods to healing. I work with teens and adults in navigating trauma, anxiety, life transitions, stress, obsessions and compulsions, self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, sexuality, relational conflicts, and strained family dynamics.
We will collaborate to reduce negative self-talk; promote well-being; plan for next steps in your academic, career, social, and family life; understand trauma through a mindful perspective; establish practical patterns that are unique to you, and allow you to become your healthiest self. I am honored to be a part of your healing journey; let's begin today.
