More about me:
Krysten believes that therapy is a partnership of collaboration, “where you are the solution because the answers exist within oneself”. She believes this because she has experienced this powerful belief and wonder within her own life and has shared her story with so many others where it produced change. Krysten wants to serve as a teammate within the therapeutic process as a helping and assisting guide to “walk with you” throughout your therapeutic journey and live with a purpose. Krysten strives to create an atmosphere that is warm, compassionate, empathetic, and honest within the therapeutic relationship.
“I believe it is a great honor to be let into other peoples’ lives and stories and then to witness their power of change and freedom within”.
